We build and maintain CI/CD deployment automation using AWS-native tools — AWS CodePipeline and AWS CDK — instead of bolting a third-party CI system onto your AWS accounts. Every pipeline we deliver is version-controlled, repeatable, and documented.
AWS CodePipeline
CodePipeline models your release process as a configurable workflow of source, build, test, and deploy stages, triggered automatically on every code change. We stage promotions across your account structure — dev, staging, production — with manual approval actions gating anything that touches production, so nothing reaches a live account without a deliberate sign-off.
AWS CDK Pipelines
For infrastructure-as-code, we use CDK Pipelines: a construct library that builds a self-mutating CodePipeline directly from your CDK app. The pipeline redeploys itself automatically whenever its own definition changes, alongside the stacks it manages — one deployment away from a fully automated, self-updating release process.
Build and test automation
AWS CodeBuild runs the compile, test, and packaging steps inside the pipeline, in a managed, on-demand build environment — no build servers for you to patch or scale.
Safe deployment strategies
Where a workload supports it, we configure blue/green, canary, or rolling deployments instead of an all-at-once cutover, with CloudWatch-monitored rollback if a deployment regresses. Changes roll out gradually and reversibly, not as a single high-risk cutover.
What you get
A pipeline defined entirely as code — CodePipeline, CDK, and CodeBuild — checked into your repository alongside the application it deploys. No manual console configuration to reverse-engineer later, and documentation covering how the pipeline is structured, how approvals are gated, and how to extend it yourselves.
